3. Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation
Confirmed once payment is received. Ensure all booking details are accurate.
Payments
• Collected via secure third-party providers
• Full card details are not stored by Central Apartments
Security Deposits
• Required for each apartment and held on the card you paid with, before check-in
• A maximum of £280 will be held.
• May cover: damage, missing items, additional cleaning, house rule breaches, excessive noise
• Deposits may be partially or fully retained if issues are found
• Returned after check-out if no issues
Cancellation Policy
• No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of booking
• Cancellations outside this period may be considered at our discretion
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-out: 10:30 AM unless agreed otherwise
• Late check-outs may incur additional charges
Liability
Central Apartments is not responsible for:
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries during the stay unless caused by negligence
4. Guest House Rules
Departure Instructions:
• Turn off all heating (including towel rails)
• Secure the building
• Return keys to lockbox and scramble the code
• Wash dishes, cookware, and baking trays
• Place rubbish in the main bin, outside
• Switch off all lights and TVs
• Close all windows
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Pets:
• Pets are strictly not allowed.
Parties & Gatherings:
• Strictly prohibited
• Excessive noise may result in immediate removal and loss of deposit
Smoking:
• Not permitted indoors
• Evidence of smoking may result in cleaning fees and loss of deposit
Illegal Activity:
• No illegal use of property or drugs on premises
• Criminal activity is prohibited
• Violations may result in booking termination and authorities being notified
Commercial Use:
• Apartments are for residential use only
• No business, subletting, paid events, or filming
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund
5. Additional Charges
Charges may apply for:
• Lost or unreturned keys (including locksmith fees)
• Excessive cleaning
• Late check-out without prior agreement
• Damage or missing items
• House rule violations (parties, noise, smoking, unauthorised guests)
6. Right to Refuse Entry or Cancel Booking
Central Apartments may refuse entry, cancel a booking, or terminate a stay if:
• False or misleading information is provided
• Security deposit is unpaid
• Property may be used for parties or gatherings
• Number of guests exceeds booking
• Guests appear intoxicated or under influence of drugs
• Risk of damage or disturbance
• Illegal activity is suspected
Security deposits may be retained to cover costs or damages.
7. Guest ID Verification
All guests must provide valid photo ID prior to check-in.
Accepted forms: passport, driving licence, or other government-issued ID.
Failure to provide ID may result in refusal of entry, cancellation, or loss of security deposit.
